The History

The property was originally built in 1910 by French citrus merchants who had capitalised on Sóller’s boom from the exportation of oranges in the late 19th century. They chose to build in this location for its rich soil and generous natural water supply which represented the highest privileges of the time. No expense was spared as Parisian architects were given the freedom to design a property that exuded opulence using the finest natural materials from all over the world. The modern reformation honours this architectural heritage and brings a measured touch of class to the historic building, bringing it back to its original glory.
